Privacy Policy

Ad Touch Branding & Solutions (“Ad Touch”, “we”, “us”) is a performance marketing and branding agency based in Thampanoor, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it. It covers our website adtouch.in, our lead forms, and our internal customer relationship management system (“Adtouch CRM”), including its connection to Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

We process personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, city, company name and any answers you type into a form on our website or in a Facebook or Instagram lead form.
• Lead form information from Meta: when you submit a lead form on a Facebook or Instagram ad run by us or for one of our clients, Meta shares your submitted answers with us. We also receive details of the ad you responded to (campaign, ad set and ad name), and the date and time you submitted.
• Website usage information: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location. We collect this through cookies, the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

2. How we use your information

• To contact you about the product, service or enquiry you asked about.
• To pass your enquiry to the business whose ad you responded to, when we run that ad for them as their agency.
• To track the status of your enquiry in our CRM (for example: new, contacted, converted).
• To measure and improve ad performance. This may include telling Meta, in encrypted (hashed) form, whether an enquiry became a customer, so that ads reach more relevant people.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Our clients: the business whose ad you responded to. We act on their behalf and they decide how your enquiry is followed up.
• Meta Platforms: to receive lead form data and to measure ad performance, under Meta’s own terms and privacy policy.
• Service providers: hosting, email and messaging providers that help us operate, only as needed to provide their service.
• Authorities: when required by law.

4. How long we keep it

We keep lead and enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a client contract or the law requires a different period. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

5. How we protect it

Our CRM is accessible only to authorised Ad Touch staff with individual logins, over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to our Meta integration uses secured tokens that are never shared publicly.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• show you the personal data we hold about you;
• correct or update it;
• delete it (see Data Deletion below);
• stop contacting you.

You can also withdraw consent at any time. This does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

7. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand visits and measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

8. Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete all personal data we hold about you, including data received through Facebook or Instagram lead forms.

1. Email adtouchbranding@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete my data”.
2. Include the name, phone number and/or email address you used in the form, so we can find your record.
3. We will confirm receipt within 7 days and delete your data from our CRM and records within 30 days.
4. We will also ask any client we shared your enquiry with to delete it.

We may keep a minimal record of your request itself, only to show that we acted on it, or where the law requires us to retain information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version.
